Ebbene, il riciclatore paragona i fondi neri che pulisce ai cavalli lipizzani che nascono scuri e diventano bianchi nell’età adulta. Prenda nota di alcuni dati storici sull’allevamento dei cavalli, le sarà utile per capire un po’ di più queste terre.

L’allevamento è stato fondato nel 1581 da Carlo II, Arciduca dell’Austria Interna. La razza lipizzana come la conosciamo oggi è stata completamente sviluppata al tempo di Maria Teresa d’Austria, il cui marito era molto interessato all’allevamenti dei cavalli. Dal quattordicesimo secolo fino al 1947, Lipica faceva parte del comune di Trieste.
